The support of our membership has enabled Lake Park Friends to:
- Facilitate annual plantings at the Newberry Blvd. entrance and Grand Staircase
- Complete the renovation of the historic WPA Waterfall Ravine, including stairs,
landscaping, rain garden and pond
- Design and facilitate construction of the new Lake Park Summer Stage
- Continue ongoing efforts to eradicate invasive species
- Construct new footbridges on Locust Ravine Trail
- Raise funds for the restoration of the General Wolcott Statue
- Fund the Lake Park Ice Rink
- Present the summer music series at the Lake Park Summer Stage including: Musical
Mondays, Wonderful Wednesdays and other music and theater productions
